I have spent the past 15 years working in direct marketing roles on both agency and client side. Most of my experience has been offline but I feel passionately that all marketers need to immerse themselves in the digital world. Digital channels and methods have bought along the possibility of truely personalised and interactive marketing communications that’s the holy grail for any committed marketer.
I am currently immersing myself in digital media and learning lots of new things but having knowledge of some ‘marketing truths’ will be the foundation for this learning.
I hope to share my thoughts and experiences with others, especially those with experience of both offline and online marketing.
